Two new job opportunities with Bus Users UK

Bus Users England and Bus Users Wales are looking for Complaints Administrators to join their teams.

If you're a problem solver who is naturally helpful, organised and methodical, this could be the perfect role for you.

We're looking for people who are positive, approachable and outgoing, willing to learn new systems, determined to solve problems and who have good IT skills. Complaint-handling and administration experience would be great but not essential.

The jobs start as soon as possible and you'll be managing a varied workload of complaints, public events and other tasks to help bus and coach passengers resolve their problems.
