It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...

Nothing says Christmas like a photo of Santa.. and a bus. This year it’s the turn of Stagecoach North East with its annual ‘Santa bus drivers’ campaign. The company’s charity bus will be on Grainger Street in Newcastle between 19-23 December, giving away festive freebies on behalf of the Toma Fund. Well done to all the operators and staff running Christmas campaigns and to everyone working over the holiday period to keep bus services going.

Bus use in England down

The latest annual statistics from the Department for Transport shows the number of passenger journeys in England fell by 70 million between 2016 and 2017.  Read more
