Making a complaint Join the campaign

The Bus Users family is developing to cover all areas of the UK, but as yet we don’t have an office in Northern Ireland. 

If you have a complaint with a Translink bus service in Northern Ireland (they run Ulsterbus, Belfast Metro, Goldline and Ulsterbus Tours, as well as Northern Ireland Railways) please contact them via www.translink.co.uk.
