Scotland Transport Summit

Gavin Booth, Director of Bus Users Scotland, will be joining key figures from Scotland’s transport industry to discuss the needs and future transport strategy for the country.

The Scottish Transport Summit, 15 June 2017, is being run ahead of a proposed Transport Bill for Scotland which has been promised for this parliamentary session.

The day will address the role of transport in growing the economy and enhancing social inclusion, technology and disruptive technologies, and ensuring local authorities have the tools to improve local transport, as well as assessing what works when it comes to bus, rail and ferries and what can be improved.
