Passengers have their say

Bus Users England has been trialling a new approach to Your Bus Matters events by visiting companies to find out what their employees think about local bus services.

While the East Cheshire Bus Consultation was underway, a team from Bus Users England visited AO Logistics in Crewe and spent some time in their canteen, talking to staff about the bus review and asking for their thoughts and experiences of local bus services.

The event was incredibly useful and captured insights that traditional Your Bus Matters events aren’t always able to reach. The team will continue to look at new ways to engage with bus users, including closer working with local companies to make sure the voice of the passenger is heard.
