Passenger survey

Passenger survey

National Express West Midlands wants to know what people in south and south-west Birmingham think about bus routes.

The operator is asking people to fill out a 10-minute survey to help improve services. Andy Foster, National Express Head of Network Management, said: “We want to hear what people think about the buses we run in South and South/West Birmingham to understand more about what they need from a bus network. People’s travel patterns change all the time and every so often we need to look at routes again to make sure people are getting the bus services they want and need.”

The surveys will be online until the end of March
